First of all you should know that I am one of those customers who are never satisfied. I believe a company should have excellent customer service if they plan to stay in business.
Over the weekend the spring above my garage door broke and I cannot open the garage door. My wife's vehicle was trapped in the garage and she had to work the next day.
On Monday I called Eureka Overhead Doors and asked if they had the spring available so I could fix the garage door. Not only were they kind and polite but they upgraded the spring for me at no additional charge. They even told me that they might be able to install the spring for me at the end of the day. I was told the office would call me around 1 o'clock to let me know if they could do the install on that date. I explained that I work during the week and it was important for me to get the garage door fixed today.
Before 1 o'clock I received a call from the company thinking it was the young lady calling me to advise if they could install it on this date. I was surprised that Ryan M., the technician who was going to install the spring called me. Ryan M., told me he was parked in my driveway waiting for me to return home. I returned home and met Ryan M. who was extremely professional and he installed the spring for the door and he had the entire garage door working within 10 minutes.
The prices this company charged are extremely low and their work is excellent. I will always recommend this company to all of my friends and family. They should be proud of the way they conduct business.
